    We appreciate every one of our clients who chooses to work with The ARC Group, so at least once a year we host a Client Appreciation event. Our favorite activity for this annual tradition has been to host a boat cruise on Newport Harbor in Newport, RI.

  • Contractors

    Not every home that we sell is move-in ready. Some sellers need to have some work done before putting their home on the market, and some buyers need to do some work after closing to make a home theirs. Whenever our clients need work done, we are here to recommend the right contractor for the job. Whether it’s as simple as a paint job, a kitchen or bathroom remodel, a full renovation, or anything in between, we leverage our network to connect our clients with high-quality, vetted contractors to complete the job.

  • Check-Ins

    With many agents, once you finish at the closing table and they hand you the keys to your new home, that’s the last time you’ll hear from them. Not us! When you work with The ARC Group, you become a part of our world. We want to know how you are doing in your new home. We want to see the “after” photos from your renovation. We want to be invited to the housewarming party. We want you to attend our annual appreciation events!
